Randy Cox, Executive Director of Non-Profit / Interim Director of Training:

Randy Cox joined Birkman in 2005 and serves as the Executive Director of Dynamas Resources, which is the Birkman division that focuses on the non-profit and faith-based sector. Before coming to Birkman International Inc., Randy Cox served as Minister of Young Adult Ministries, Minister of Education, Associate Pastor of Discipleship, and Pastor in four churches ranging from 950 to 10,000 in membership. As a former Dale Carnegie trainer specializing for fifteen years in Executive Leadership Training and having consulted with over 750 churches and 1,200 staff members, Randy brings thirty-five years of experience to training and developing both executives and teams. He earned a B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity (M. Div.) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth. In addition to his role as the Executive Director of Dynamas Resources, Randy also serves as the Interim Director of Training for Birkman International, Inc. You can contact Randy at rcox@birkman.com.
