Birkman On Demand (BOD)

Birkman On Demand (BOD) is a web-based reporting tool delivering quick and easy to understand results from The Birkman Method®. Individuals and groups can discover their distinctive Birkman results through a series of topics that provide context for the results. Immediately, BOD can drive important dialogue between individuals or within groups to build self-awareness and awareness of others that can proactively manage the interpersonal conflicts that often reduce productivity. Leaders and managers can gain insights to the strengths, motivations, and stressors of the people they lead.

BOD allows you to customize the way in which you want to view and create reporting. You can dynamically change results for individuals or groups onscreen. You can print or e-mail your own custom reports or workbooks through choosing only those results you need for coaching sessions, workshops, or retreats. BOD can be used stand-alone or as a supplement to more advanced Birkman reporting within coaching, team, and career applications.
