The Birkman Method® Certification Program
The Birkman Method® Certification Program provides an opportunity for performance consultants, organizational psychologists and HR personnel to maximize the full potential of The Birkman Method® to achieve higher levels of performance from individuals and teams. The Birkman Method® has been successfully used in the areas of coaching, building teams, organizational alignment and career management.
In today's work environment, time and cost are important. With these factors in mind, Birkman International offers two certification options to best address learning needs. All content and material is the same for both options.
Birkman International, Inc and its affiliated International Learning Partners
are the only entities that offer officially sanctioned courses for
certification in The Birkman Method® and other professional development
programs that qualify for continuing education credits to maintain active
certification status.
Only by attending a Level I certification course conducted by Birkman
International or one of its International Learning Partners will a consultant
be able to represent him or herself as a "Birkman Certified Consultant" and
have direct access to Birkman's proprietary BirkmanDirect® system.

Option #1 - Four Day Workshop ($3295)
This four-day certification program is targeted to those wishing to have the direct experience of working with an experienced Birkman facilitator throughout the entire certification process.

Option #2 - Two Day Workshop + On-Line Prework ($3095)
This blended certification program is ideal for those who may not have the opportunity or time to spend in a four-day course, or who prefer self-paced learning.

Online coursework will begin approximately 4 weeks prior to session
Completion of the Certification Program is required for all consultants who wish to use The Birkman Method® directly. These courses are designed to educate on the definition and interpretation of all Birkman scales and how they are to educate on the real world. Certified Consultants are required to complete 20 hours of professional development every three years to insure that they remain current with the latest knowledge and trends regarding The Birkman Method®.
As a participant in the program, consultants will receive:
