Purpose

If you are Birkman Certified you are aware that The Birkman Method® is one of the most comprehensive behavioral assessments available. What this also means is that being comprehensive sometimes means being more complex and in-depth. The Coaching Report powered by The Birkman Method® is the self-interpretive coaching report for The Birkman Method. It has been specifically designed to aid the coaching process for self-management and personal development. It is an easy-to-use report for the coach and coachee throughout the coaching process. It does not require special knowledge or training of The Birkman Method scales, since these powerful scales and measurements are interpreted for the reader.

How It Works

The Coaching Report is powered by the very same Birkman Questionnaire that powers every other Birkman report. Both Questionnaire and Report are available online through our assessment platform, BirkmanDirect®. The information in the report is interpreted Birkman scales for socialized behavior (Usual), expectations/motivations (Needs), and stress behavior (Stress). What this means is that there is less need for interpreting the specific information and more room for focusing on what to do with the information. The report also includes prescriptive text for coach and coachee to directly assist in stress management and self-management.

Do I Have To Become Birkman Certified?

No. The Coaching Report does not require our customary Certification Training; however, to get the most from the Coaching Report we offer training specific to the Coaching Report. For those of you who are Birkman Certified the Coaching Report training does qualify for re-Certification credits (Birkman CEUs).
