The Birkman Learning Partner program was created to increase the accessibility to Birkman Certification Training and other Continuing Education options relating to the Birkman Method around the world. Each Learning Partner is fully authorized to conduct official Birkman Certification programs as well as professional development courses that advance the Birkman Certified Consultant's ability to apply the Method in a given area and allows the Consultant continued use of the Method by meeting Continuing Education requirements. Each Learning Partner is an independent entity and session pricing and length may vary. All courses contain the same core curriculum.
This four-day certification program is targeted to those wishing to have the direct experience of working with an experienced Birkman facilitator throughout the entire certification process.
This blended certification program is ideal for those who may not have the opportunity or time to spend in a four-day course, or who prefer self-paced learning.
