A Tradition of Research

Since 1951, Birkman International Inc. (BI) has been dedicated to maintaining and advancing The Birkman Method® (TBM) from the theoretical, psychometric, and application-wise viewpoints. Researchers at BI have ongoing resources in studying the psychometric properties, theoretical background, and specific applications of TBM®. These research studies examine many applied psychological and sociological issues (e.g., construct validation, performance, cross-cultural equivalence, retention, and satisfaction).

Research Opportunities

Birkman International, Inc. (BI) seeks to create additional research partnerships to add to the collective knowledge of the scientific community and to add value to the general population. Using The Birkman Method®, we are particularly interested in ongoing validation, cross-cultural, longitudinal, and criterion studies within business, non-profit, and educational settings.

Significant discounts are offered for research effort that is accepted. Typically, discounts run 50% or more, depending on the setting.
